'Michael Jackson' zombie evicted from PvZ

Brains .... legal brains are at work for the Estate of Michael Jackson, it seems: PopCap games was asked to remove a dancing zombie from the Plant vs. Zombies game on the grounds it resembles the deceased pop star.
The zombie in question is a red and black leather-clad individual with quiffed hair, slip-on shoes and white socks. An homage, if you will, to Thriller-era Jackson.
PopCap Games confirmed that the Estate of Michael Jackson objected to its use of the dancing zombie in Plants vs. Zombies and that it was responding accordingly.
"After receiving this objection, PopCap made a business decision to retire the original 'dancing zombie' and replace it with a different 'dancing zombie' character for future builds of Plants vs. Zombies on all platforms.
"The phase-out and replacement process is under way," added the PopCap spokesperson.
